Inclusive Living International is the institution behind the Inclusive Living Standard (ILS), a global certification that validates whether residential and mixed-use developments are prepared to serve every stage of life.
ILS is not a legal requirement, nor a social program. It is a strategic instrument used by developers, financial institutions and investors to validate that a property holds value across decades, not just at the moment of sale.
The standard is built on a proprietary methodology refined over more than a decade of practice, grounded in the world’s leading technical frameworks for the built environment.

Inclusive Living International is the institutional expression of a methodology developed over more than twenty years by Marcelo Roisman, an internationally recognised authority on inclusive residential design.
In 2010 he founded Nagish, a pioneering company that delivered an integrated model of diagnosis, design, modification and construction for inclusive housing, at a time when the conversation around foresight in real estate had not yet begun. The technical methodology that today underpins ILS was developed and validated within that operation across thousands of homes and institutional spaces.
ILI was established to scale that field-tested system from a national reference into a transferable global certification, with an internal technical manual that remains the proprietary methodological backbone of the institution.
