1. Global Consultation & Data Collection (The Entry Point) You begin the process with an initial consultation. We gather key information: floor plans, photos, videos of the space, and the individual’s health history/needs. Globally available via video conferencing.

2. Expert Diagnosis & Functional Analysis Our team of specialists, led by Marcelo Roisman, analyzes the information under the INCLUSIVE LIVING STANDARD (ILS) criteria. We study invisible barriers and prepare ergonomic, specialized solutions. This is the core of our professional fee.

3. Delivery of the Master Adaptation Plan. You receive an exhaustive technical document package that includes: modified architectural plans, a list of recommended products, technical construction specifications, and a detailed execution estimate. This plan is the only investment that guarantees your future construction work is done right the first time.

4. Flexible Implementation: Your Choice, Not Our Requirement. Once you own the Plan, you decide how to proceed. We offer three paths:

• Execution by ILI or an Ally: If desired, we work with you directly or with our network of allied builders, supervising the work.

• Self-Execution: You hand the Master Plan to your trusted contractor, who follows our exact, rigorous instructions.

• No Obligation: There is no commitment to perform the modification with us. The Master Plan is entirely yours.
